I have been going to Jillian's Unique Fitness Solutions since September 2013.

Jillian is a fantastic knowledgeable and professional personal trainer.  Whatever your requirements are the varied and balanced timetable of classes which include weight training, high intensity, kettle bells, bosu, pilates, yoga and the brilliant aerial yoga ensures that you never get bored or stuck in a training rut. The beautiful studio centrally located in town is convenient for the regular classes and the small classes mean that you receive the best of Jillian's knowledge, experience and enthusiasm!

As a bad-back sufferer for many years, I had deteriorated to such a level that I had difficulty fastening my shoelaces.   That prompted me to realise that something had to be done.   In early 2015 I began my weekly one-hour sessions with Jillian, who initially focussed on core strengthening exercises with a mixture of mat based pilates, yoga and stretching.  Gradually, imperceptibly, both my range of movement and general level of fitness improved and I progressed to aerial yoga.  Now - 12 months later - my quality of live is vastly improved and my teenage son was impressed by his dad's ability when he came along to a session recently.    Jillian is vastly knowledgeable, friendly, patient but motivating and encouraging - the ideal personal trainer.
