Classes

All classes at JUFS are designed to make the most of your time (compound exercise) giving measurable results, using the latest & effective exercise programs to keep your interest and  commitment.  JUFS is a small group personal training studio/gym, ensuring you are supervised closely during your sessions.  I am a qualified Biomechanics Coach and am able to assess your body’s restrictions/postural habits to assist you to a safe and effective long-term fitness program.

NOTE: ALL CLASSES ARE DESIGNED FOR THE HEALTHY ADULT, (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED) IF IN DOUBT AND YOU HAVE NOT EXERCISED BEFORE OR IN A LONG TIME, CONSULT YOUR G.P. BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM. IF IN DOUBT, PLEASE ASK ME OR YOUR DOCTOR.
