Pilates

Progressive functional workout designed to strengthen the deep postural muscles, which support the lumbar pelvic region. Using a variety of floor and mat based flowing sequences to work concentration, coordination, balance, strength and stretch.  Incorporates work using BOSU balance board, Pilates Gliders, light hand weights, TRX suspension system and boy weight.
